Events at Sunlight Bees
Event ticket purchases
Tickets to events or courses are not allowed to be exchanged, re-sold or transferred. A customer may purchase a ticket for an event or course as a gift but recipient of the gift must be named thereafter the ticket cannot be then exchanged, re-sold or transferred to another person.
Inclement weather
In the case where the events is not able to take place due to extreme weather causing the event to be cancelled, the customer will automatically be entitled to a credit to re-schedule the event.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your place on an event or course less than 48 hours prior to the day of the event you will incur the full cost of the event or course. No refund will be issued.
If you cancel your place on an event or course between 7 days and 48 hours before the event or course you will incur a charge equivalent to 25% of the cost of the event plus platform transaction charges.
If you cancel your place on an event or course more than 7 days the event or course you will incur a charge equivalent to 10% of the cost of the event.
If you cancel an event due to incorrect booking, the booking amount will be returned to the payment account from which is was booked less booking platform transaction charges.
